What to expect of Recruitment?

This is a new experience for you and many other women who are also going through recruitment and beginning their college career! Remember to keep an open mind and to have fun! Recruitment will be a memorable and fun experience!

Recruitment gives you the opportunity to meet many new people and friendly faces on campus. You will have the opportunity to build those connections before classes even start! You may find your new best friend, along with learning tips and tricks of being a William Woods student. One of the best parts of recruitment is all the new people you meet, both peers and upperclass women.

Recruitment relies a lot on conversation and interaction to help you meet the current members and for them to meet you. Be authentically yourself! They want to know more about you, as well as help answer any questions you may have. Remember, you want to learn more about them, too! You can lean on them to answer your college and class questions, along with any other conversations that would be helpful to you and your college experience!
