The mission of the Office of the Registrar is to be a student-centered department that safeguards the accuracy, integrity and security of students records and provides documentation of students educational accomplishments.
Develop registration processes that provide all students with fair access to classes that will assist them in meeting their educational goals.
Provide accurate and timely documentation of students’ academic progress by way of advising materials, grades, and transcripts.
Protect student rights in regard to records by following security guidelines.
Provide accurate report data to university personnel for making sound decisions.

We do accept electronic transcripts. If your school uses a third party vendor, you should be able to select William Woods University from the dropdown to have your transcripts sent us. If they need to send directly to an email, they should use [email protected]. Hard copy transcripts should be mailed using the address below.

Fulton is close to two major airports, St. Louis and Kansas City. St. Louis is more convenient, but Kansas City may provide less expensive flight rates. There are private van services or rental car companies available to bring you from the airport to campus.
