Rob Barnes has enjoyed an amazing career in rural telecommunications, all of which has been in central Missouri. He currently serves as the Manager of Fiber & Technology for Callaway Electric Cooperative and its subsidiary, Callabyte Technology. Rob focuses on business planning, project management, regulatory matters, and supervises an amazing team of telecom employees.
Rob graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Management from William Woods University obtained in 2014 through the university’s evening adult studies program. One of the last cohorts offered on campus. He and his wife, Kim, both reside in Fulton, and he is active in the community serving on various boards and commissions.
Rob was appointed to the William Woods University Board of Trustees in 2025.
