Born and raised in Fulton, Missouri, Nicole Elliott, takes great pride in serving her alma mater and the Callaway County community. She is dedicated to enriching the student co-curricular experience and fostering a safe, equitable environment for all students at William Woods University (WWU).
Nicole brings over twelve years of professional experience in higher education, with expertise spanning fraternity and sorority advising, undergraduate, international, and transfer admissions, event planning, student conduct, and residential life. Her passion for mentoring students to reach their potential and discover their purpose has fueled her commitment to the field of student affairs and her own lifelong learning journey.
A Fulton, MO native and 2010 graduate of William Woods University with a degree in Communications, Graphic Design and Musical Theatre , Nicole pursued a Master’s degree focusing on Higher Education and Student Affairs at University of Mississippi. There, she deepened her knowledge of higher education law and discovered her passion for connecting prevention programming with educational policy enforcement. She is currently completing her Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Organizational Leadership at William Woods University.
Nicole’s professional journey spans over a decade, with leadership roles as an Assistant Director of Fraternity and Sorority Life , Director of Student Life, Director of Residential Life and Student Accountability and Director of Undergraduate Admissions. These experiences have shaped her holistic approach to student life, one that values the co-curricular student experience, helping students develop and grow outside the classroom.
Since joining William Woods University in 2024, Nicole has dedicated herself to enhancing the student experience by streamlining and aligning policies and practices as the Assistant Dean of Student Life. She provides leadership and oversight to key areas of the traditional student experience, including Residential Life, Student Conduct, Campus Safety, the Woods Wellness Center, and University Dining.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Nicole is a proud member of Delta Gamma, International women’s Fraternity serving Regionally as the Panhellenic and Recruitment Specialist for the Fraternity. A devoted mom to her daughter, Evelyn, and proud partner to Talisha Washington, together they cherish time and memories with their daughters, Evelyn and Kenzi.
