 – Here to help.

What will a William Woods degree get you? The Office of Career Services provides a wide range of services for students and alumni of the university, such as, career exploration & planning, career resource library, resume & cover letter development, job & internship searches, graduate school search assistance and study abroad information.

The Graduate Plus Program

At William Woods University eligible undergraduate students (online or on-ground) have the opportunity to complete their bachelors and graduate degrees in less than the normal time it would take to complete both degrees separately. This saves you both time and money (approximately 40% savings on the cost of a regular graduate degree). Learn more about the Graduate Plus Program

The LEAD Program

The LEAD Program is intended to promote active student participation in university life beyond the classroom while also encouraging academic progression. Full-time, undergraduate students admitted to William Woods University are eligible to take part in the LEAD Program which offers an award of $2,000 for residential students and $1,000 for commuter students per year, PLUS a free online general education course each summer. Learn more about LEAD

Mentor-Mentee

The Mentor-Mentee program was established in 1995 as a platform for faculty and students interested in working together in either research or creative projects.

The student member of an Mentor-Mentee team conducts independent research or engages in a creative project which may either be independent of or related to the faculty member’s research or project agenda while the faculty member serves as a mentor-collaborator. Learn more about Mentor-Mentee

President’s Twenty

Being a member of the President’s Twenty is an opportunity for undergraduate students to represent the university in an honorary service society. Members will serve as the official color guard for all university convocations, commencements and various other events. Members will also represent the university at official functions and serve as a liaison between the university President and the student body.

Woods Around the World

Want to study abroad? Woods Around the World is an academic program which offers both classroom learning about a place and culture. The best part is you get to travel to that location after you have learned about the culture with your classmates. Check out their blog…
