the cover of the Orlando (Fla.) Woman Newspa-
per as one of Orlando’s 12 “Women to Watch”
this year. She earned her juris doctorate from
Barry University School of Law and fulflled the
requirements of the family and child concentra-
tion program in 2008. She works for the Marks
Law Firm. Rosser volunteers as a guardian ad
litem, serves on the Kiwanis board and volun-
teers as Alpha Chi Omega chapter advisor at
Stetson University.
