Teaching Philosophy:

  • I believe that economics classes should help students to better understand the world around them. I aim to help my students connect the course material to the real world so that they can become better business people, consumers, and voters. I engage students with a variety of teaching methods, including lecture, group work, projects, and discussion, all with the hope that students leave my class with a better grasp of the businesses that they are employed at and the decisions they make every day.
