Job Title: Adjunct Instructor for Graduate Equestrian Studies
Department: School of Equestrian Studies
Reports To: MED EQE Program Manager
Job Type: This is a part time, exempt position.
General Description:
Seeking qualified adjunct candidates for ON LINE teaching pool for Master of Equestrian Education courses. These courses are intended to prepare the enrolled students to teach or coach in a college or university equine program.
Facilitator to teach online courses as needed/assigned by program manager. All courses are 8 weeks, fully online asynchronous courses. Facilitators are expected to teach the course as designed. Respond to students within 24 hours and grade all work within a timely manner.
The ideal candidate will have teaching, coaching and/or facility management at the college level.
Position Requirements:
A master’s degree in a related field is required, along with at least two years of coaching, teaching, or managing a facility at a college or university.
OR
A master’s degree or above AND at least 5 years of coaching, teaching or managing a facility at a college or university.
