Mid-Missouri Testing Locations
Please notice updated testing hours and requirements below.
Follow the procedures for each facility below if you are asymptomatic or experiencing mild symptoms only. If you are experiencing severe symptoms, you should call 911.
In addition to the locations listed below, the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services (DHSS) has also partnered with the Missouri Community Health Centers and MAKO Medical Laboratories to offer free community testing events throughout the state. The tests consist of an anterior nares or midnasal swab to determine the presence of SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19. These are not antigen or antibody tests.
These testing events are available to anyone with a Missouri address. William Woods students may participate by providing the University address and presenting their student ID.

A referral is required prior to testing. Screening and assessments are available through the following options:
- Complete a video visit at https://muhealthvideovisits.org/.
- Schedule a virtual assessment through Mizzou Quick Care .
- Call the free assessment line at 573.884.0948 .
Video visits and virtual assessments will cost up to $59 depending on your insurance coverage.
Mizzou North building
(Softball stadium location has been discontinued.)
Prior to your visit, you must call your primary care provider to see if you qualify for testing. If you don't have a primary care provider, use Boone Hospital's online Screening Tool. For language services, you can call 855.747.1977. If you qualify for testing through this process, an order will be sent directly to Boone Hospital's testing sites.
If you are asymptomatic, you may visit one of Boone Hospital's lab locations. If you are experiencing mild symptoms, please use the drive-thru testing site at 1504 East Broadway, Columbia, MO.
Available Monday - Friday, 7 a.m.-3 p.m. and Saturday 8 a.m. - 12 p.m. Closed on Sundays. These hours may change for holidays.
Please note that the drive-thru testing site will be closed for Thanksgiving Day on Thursday Nov. 26. It will become available from 7 a.m. - 3 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 27.
CRMC is currently offering drive thru testing to patients who have a physician's order to be tested for COVID-19. The test will only be performed with a physician order. If you feel you may need to be tested for COVID- 19 and have symptoms consistent with the disease please contact your primary care physician.
If you do not have a primary care physician, call the CRMC COVID-19 triage line at 833.763.0444. This line is available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. – 1 p.m. Closed on Sundays.
South side of Capital Region Physicians - Primary Care Clinic, 1014 Madison Street, Jefferson City, MO
Available Monday through Friday 7 a.m. - 3 p.m. and Saturday 9 a.m. – 2 p.m. Closed on Sundays.
Screening available online ( SSM Health Online Screening). Drive-thru testing available. Order from provider or recommendation from online screening appointment required.
St. Mary's Hospital - Health Plaza East Entrance, 2505 Mission Drive, Jefferson City, MO
Available Monday - Friday 8 a.m. - 3 p.m. and Sunday 9 a.m. - 1 p.m. Closed on Saturdays.
Fulton Medical Center COVID 19 Drive-Up Testing Site operates the following days/hours:
Monday: 8 a.m. - 12 p.m.
Wednesday: 8 a.m. - 12 p.m.
Friday: 8 a.m. - 12 p.m.
Saturday: 8 a.m. - 12 p.m.
The student would need to present with an order to be tested.
The drive up test site is located at the Hospital in the employee parking lot. It's the parking lot directly across from Churchill Terrace.
