Your Cohort Schedule And You
Cohort Calendar Format
A cohort calendar consists of two separate sections.
The first section is a cohort guide. The cohort guide will list the courses in a program of study and will provide the start and end date of each course. The dates reflect the start and end date of each eight-week class session. Select cohort programs and emphasis areas offer a portion of the program online. This guide also denote what courses, if any, are offered online instead of on-ground.
The second section is a cohort class meeting guide. The cohort class meeting guide will list the courses in a program of study and will provide the approved meeting night. Select cohort programs and emphasis areas may contain field experience courses that may not meet every week. This means the cohort class meeting guide an essential document for students to monitor.
Changing your Cohort Schedule
Individual Student Schedule Changes
If you need to change your schedule, contact your academic advisor. Your advisor can review your request and offer insight into how this change may impact your degree plan. If you are seeking financial aid, be sure to work with your academic advisor to ensure you meet minimum enrollment and academic eligibility requirements. Changes in enrollment do have a direct impact on financial aid awards. Reminder - Official enrollment changes must be verified in writing along with any degree plan changes/requests. Your William Woods University email account is the official mode of communication for schedule changes and official university notifications.
