PHY212 Physics II

A lecture-laboratory combination which introduces students to the topics of electricity and magnetism, light, and optics, and modern physics. Students enrolling in this class will participate actively in group work, projects and class discussion. Computing software and sensors will further enhance understanding. Student investigations will be encouraged to promote self-directed research. The lecture and laboratory combination will provide hands-on instruction. Concurrent enrollment in PHY 213. (Lab fee) Prerequisite: PHY 201
