BUS431 Advertising

This course will enable students to simulate the functions of an advertising agency. Working in account groups, students will develop a complete advertising campaign for a new brand of product or service. The campaign will include a marketing plan, a media plan, and ads. The account groups will also work with students from graphic arts classes and radio/television classes in the production of their ads. At the conclusion of the course, the account groups will make a presentation of their campaign to a panel consisting of instructors and professionals from the field of advertising. Prerequisite: BUS 321
