BUS415 Corporate Finance

A study of the principles of financial managerial decision making viewed as part of a broader management process linking the firm with external markets in which it must raise funds, purchase inputs and sell products. Topics include the financial environment, financial analysis and planning, investment risk and time value of money, cash flows and capital budgeting, and short-and long-term financing sources.
