BIO310 Vertebrate Zoology

Vertebrate Zoology is an introduction to the various veterbrate classes: the jawless vertebrates, primitive and bony fishes, amphibians, reptiles, birds, and mammels. Evolution of the classes as well as structural and functional differences among them will be emphasized. Both worldwide and local members of representative orders will be discussed in terms of habitat and specializations. 3 hours lecture, 3 hours lab/field per week.
