BMT517 - Human Resources & Organizational Behavior

This course provides an overview of individual and group behavior within the context of the organization. The primary objective of the course is the development of each participant’s potential for becoming an effective member of an organization. A wide variety of topics and theories, often building on those introduced in the Fundamentals of Executive Management course, are covered. The course will follow the basic outline of reviewing organizational behavior in general, examining individual behavior within organizations, investigating group and social processes and analyzing organizational processes.
