SMG310 Sports Law
This course is an exploration of the current relationship of the law to organized secondary schools and collegiate sports. It provides professionals in athletics with basic knowledge of a wide range of legal principles that relate to the performance of their duties. A major focus of this course is a review of judicial opinions on legal issues that have frequently arisen in cases involving organized athletics.
