EHP 460 - Princ of Strength & Conditioning

This course is the capstone course for the Human Performance concentration. Research methods will be emphasized and becoming certified by the National Strength and Conditioning Association will also be a focal point of instruction. This course will help the strength and conditioning professional maximize the physical performance potential of the athlete without incurring injuries. This course utilizes the disciplines of anatomy, biochemistry, biomechanics, endocrinology, nutrition, exercise physiology, and sport psychology.

Prerequisites: EHP 2XX, EXS 205, EXS 322 and EXS 321.

Credit Hours: 3.00

Course Fees: $35.00
