LDR 350 - Change Leadership

This course is designed to introduce students to the challenges of leading an organization during change. Students will investigate theories and best practices of change leadership/leading at the organizational and personal level. Topics include but are not limited to leading and facilitating communication during change, decision-making during crisis, managing resistance to change and creating appropriate environments to facilitate change.

Prerequisite: LDR 201
