ORL 578 - Training and Development Programs

In highly dynamic organizations of today, employees are required to upgrade their skills on a constant basis. Trained employees are not only an asset to the organization but they are also a driver of overall organizational success. In this course, students will learn to develop and implement different types of training and development programs in a variety of organizational settings. They will explore how to identify training and development needs, perform job analysis to determine training and development goals, design effective training and development programs, creating objectives, implementing different types of programs, and evaluating the effectiveness of programs.
