ORL 568 - Leadership Coaching

This course emphasizes purely on coaching skill development. Students will develop skills that help them to become effective coaches and instruments of change. They will examine the role of a leader as a coach, system dynamics, relationship management, coaching principles, and best practices. Through a variety of reading, self-reflection, and hands-on activities, students will also learn key interpersonal and communication skills important for coaching. They will become effective coaches who enable effective problem solving, identification of opportunities, managing and improving performance.
