What is a Parent Sponsor?
Each year, through collective giving, parents are able to address student-driven initiatives that impact every student on campus. All gifts, no matter the size, add up quickly to benefit the university’s most valuable assets – our students.
The William Woods Parents Association uniquely allows parent sponsors to determine the impact of their collective donation through an annual voting process.
- Students voice needs and concerns throughout the school year to the university president.
- The president selects the top 3-4 initiatives which are then voted on by parent sponsors.
Gifts made through the Parents Association are used the year they are given, which means every gift benefits your student.
