Cheryl Perkins Maupin graduated from William Woods with an undergraduate degree in Equestrian Science in 2010 and finished her MBA in 2012. She is now a Realtor with Bev & Co. - House of Brokers Realty, Inc. Her team assists buyers and sellers in Columbia, Ashland, Fulton and surrounding areas.

"We work with a multitude of different buyers and sellers including first time home buyers, growing families, relocation, retirees, new construction, investors, and land purchases to name a few. Our team is also the exclusive marketing agent for Pate-Jones Construction, Inc. a local home builder. On top of working with clients I also oversee all the marketing for Bev & Co. and our client’s listings. I am currently the only Certified Real Estate Digital Marketer in the Columbia area."

While at William Woods, Cheryl was involved in Delta Gamma, Saddle Seat Club, and Delta Epsilon Chi (now known as Collegiate DECA).

Steven Maupin graduated from William Woods University with a Business Administration degree in 2007 and is currently employed as Bass Pro Shops' Key Account Manager at Outtech Inc. - one of the outdoor industry's leaders in sales and marketing. Steven recently received "Salesman of the Year" awards with Realtree Camo Graphics and 5.11 Tactical.

While at William Woods, Steven was involved in the Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity and was a member of the men's golf team.
