Bradley Prasuhn

Bradley works as an Implementation Manager for OmniUpdate, a software development company headquartered in Camarillo, California. He specializes in helping colleges and universities bring their websites under management in OmniUpdate’s OU Campus™ content management system. His primary responsibilities include evaluating customer website code and design, architecting custom website solutions, assisting customers with on-going support, and managing all phases of customer onboarding.

“My main responsibility is to work with new and existing customers on their web projects,” Bradley explained. “I serve as the lead technical contact and work with customers to understand their requirements. I then guide a team of OmniUpdate developers to build website templates that are compatible with the OU Campus system. I am heavily involved in the project management process, overseeing timelines, coordinating, and leading customer code reviews and delivery calls.”

OmniUpdate hosts an annual User Training Conference in Southern California for its entire user base. At the conference, Bradley serves as a workshop presenter, teaching users about the inner workings of OU Campus and how they can take advantage of specific functionality in the system. Additionally, he holds office hours with customers at the conference to discuss new or existing projects. Many times this conference is the first meeting between employees and customers, but it is a key stepping-stone toward long-lasting, fruitful relationships.

“I thoroughly enjoy the annual conference,” said Bradley. “It’s great to meet with customers in person and put faces with names. It also is rewarding to put my technical knowledge to use by teaching conference workshops. I enjoy educating people about all of the great features and functionality in OU Campus. Seeing them get excited about web technology makes it all worthwhile.”
