With the William Woods University concentration in finance and economics within the business administration degree, you will first build a solid foundation in the financial world. Then, choose from advanced electives in topics such as organizational behavior and leadership, international trade, microeconomics and more.

Advance your knowledge, and get involved in various student organizations, such as William Woods’ very active chapter of the international professional organization collegiate DECA, which fosters various business skills in finances, networking, leadership and more through competitions across Missouri and surrounding states.

Curriculum/Requirements

The finance and economics concentration within the business administration major includes coursework in money and banking, managerial economics, and several upper-level elective courses to choose from.
