What internships have you had?

I interned at Central Bank.

What are your career plans?

Upon graduation, I plan to seek employment as a Financial Advisor.

Why did you come to William Woods?

The small school atmosphere really felt like home.

What is one word you’d use to describe William Woods?


What has been your favorite class here so far?

Personal Finance because it was easy to apply to my personal life, and I felt I learned a lot of valuable information I can use the rest of my life.

What has been your favorite LEAD event so far?

The hypnotist we had on campus was very entertaining last year.

What’s one thing you wish you had known when you first started at William Woods?

I wish I would have taken advantage of all the great resources William Woods has earlier in my career here.

What is one thing you wish more people knew about you?

I am an extremely family oriented person.

What is your favorite thing in your room?

My favorite thing in my room is my Leader of the Year award for Pi Kappa Alpha. This means a lot to me because I always try to lead by example.

What is your favorite spot on campus?

My favorite place on campus is the dock/lake because it is a great place to go on nice days.

Where do you like to study?

I like to study in the quiet section of the library.

What is a typical weekday like for you at William Woods?

Going to class, my internship, and doing homework. If I have any free time, I like to spend it with friends and family.

What is your favorite place in Fulton?

Beks because they have the best food in town.

What has surprised you the most about going to school at William Woods?

How many different kinds of people I have met from all over the world. It has been a great experience.

What has been the most challenging part of college?

Learning how to study. In high school everything came easy for me, and in college I had to learn how to study.

What is one word your friends would use to describe you?


What is your favorite memory of your time here at William Woods so far?

I cannot think of just one, but overall my favorite part about being here is getting to know all of the great friends I have made here.

Who is your favorite faculty or staff member?

Professor Brenda Popp because she always goes above and beyond to help students, and makes class fun to be in.
