8:00am    Recruitment Central Open

McNutt Campus Center

Come sign-up for recruitment! You must register to participate.  

 

1:30pm-3:15pm    Fraternity/Sorority Open Houses

Departing from McNutt Campus Center

Check out the fraternity and sorority houses as members of the Greek community welcome you to campus.

Parents are encouraged to visit the houses.

 

7pm – 8:15pm    Men’s Night Out

Aldridge Recreation Center

Join WWU fraternity men in an informal setting to learn more about fraternity life at The Woods.  

 

11pm – midnight    Fraternity Event

Cockrell and Booth Halls

New male students continue visiting and getting to know the fraternity men.

 

Thursday, August 22

8:00am    Recruitment Central Opens

Center for Student Involvement, Burton Building

Come sign-up for recruitment! You must register to participate. 

 

3:00pm    Recruitment Central closes

After 3 pm you will no longer be able to sign up for recruitment. Hurry by to get registered! 

 

6pm – 8:45pm    Fraternity Events

Depart from McNutt Student Center (Please meet at 5:45pm)

Learn about what each chapter has to offer to enhance men’s WWU experience. Brotherhood, academics, philanthropy/community service, and fraternity activities will be discussed.

 

Friday, August 23

9:30pm – 11:15pm    Fraternity Events

Depart from McNutt Student Center (Please meet at 9:15pm)

Men will continue to learn what each chapter has to offer to enhance their WWU experience. Brotherhood, academics, philanthropy/community service and fraternity activities will be discussed.

 

Saturday, August 24

 9am – 6pm    Fraternity Interviews

Academic Building

Current fraternity men will conduct interviews with interested men to learn more about individual accomplishments, what they hope to gain by joining a fraternity and what they can contribute to the fraternity. Men will sign up for interviews in advance.

 

Sunday, August 25

7:00am    Fraternity Bid Delivery

McNutt Campus Center
Fraternity bids will be extended and your new brothers will help you move immediately into the chapter house.
