Intercultural Organizations

At William Woods we believe that knowledge is to be found by stepping outside of your comfort zone and opening yourself up to the world around you. The following organizations were created to get you thinking beyond yourself. To introduce you to new cultures, new perspectives, new friendships, and new experiences.

International Justice Mission

William Woods International Justice Mission (IJM) desires to create a community of students who are knowledgeable about the world's social injustices and have the passion to fight against them. William Woods IJM provides a way for students to affect change on the world's injustices through advocacy, fundraising and awareness. Its purpose is to help secure justice for the victims of slavery, sexual exploitation, and other forms of violent oppression.
