This hall derives its name from the university's fourth president, Dr. Joseph A. Serena. This two-story, air-conditioned hall is home to up to 28 upperclass men and women.

Living Units

Each single room is furnished with one twin loftable bed, a desk with a desktop book shelf, chair, a three-drawer chest of drawers, blinds, and a closet.

Services included in the contract payment available in each room:

• Telephone jacks and voicemail (residents must supply their own telephone and pay for off campus calls).
• Data jacks that provide free hook-up to the campus network (including the Internet).
• Cable Television hook-up
• All Utilities (electric, water, trash pick-up)
• 24-hour laundry facilities.
