Men’s Night Out (LEAD Event)

Whether you have registered for Men’s Recruitment or not, all men are invited to join the William Woods’ Fraternities for Men’s Night Out.  Men’s Night Out will give you a chance to meet men from each fraternity, and learn more about fraternity life and what it has to offer.  Dress is very casual.

Thursday, August 21 – 7:00 p.m.

Open House (LEAD Event)

This is the first official night of Recruitment.  Potential New Members will meet at the McNutt Campus Center at 6:45 p.m. and visit each fraternity for one hour and 45 minutes.

Friday, August 22 - 9:30 p.m.

Informational Event

This is the second round of men’s recruitment.

Saturday, August 23 – 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Interviews

Potential New Members will sign up for interviews with both chapters during Friday’s Informational Event.  You will learn of the location when you sign up.  Dress is business casual – khaki pants and collared shirt.  (Fraternity members will be wearing slacks and ties.)

Sunday, August 24 – 7:45 a.m.

Fraternity bids will be extended at the McNutt Campus Center.  Those students who receive and accept a bid will move immediately into the chapter houses.

Fraternities will also be sponsoring other events during Orientation. Interested men will be made aware of those events during the times listed above.
