The University Information Technologies Helpdesk provides computer related support to all faculty and staff. We provide network support for residential campus students. Support for Graduate and Adult Studies students includes OWLnet, library databases, username and passwords, and Columbia and Jefferson City campuses. Working in partnership with the user community, our mission is to provide outstanding support through the timely resolution of their desktop computing issues.
