William Woods University Selects Four for Communication Honorary

Four students at William Woods University recently were selected for initiation into Lambda Pi Eta. Lambda Pi Eta is the official communication studies honor society of the National Communication Association, with nearly 300 active chapters of the honorary worldwide.
The initiates are Tara Boehl of Washington, Ill.; Kristin Garnett of Jefferson City, Mo.; Alexandra Layos of New Tripoli, Pa., and Whitney Mysliwiec of Woodstock, Ill.
To be eligible for initiation, members must have a minimum overall grade point average of 3.0 and a minimum grade point average of 3.25 in studies of communication. Also, members must be juniors or seniors with a declared major in the communication field and display a commitment to the field of communication.
