Antennas Up to Perform Concert at William Woods

An up-and-coming band, Antennas Up is scheduled to play in North Carolina, Ohio, Kansas and Louisiana in coming months.
The concert, which is free and open to the public, will begin at 6:30 p.m. on the lawn outside Tucker Dining Hall. The audience is encouraged to bring a blanket or lawn chair to enjoy the concert alongside Senior Lake.
In case of rain, the concert will be performed in Cutlip Auditorium of the McNutt Campus Center.
The Antennas Up concert is part of the annual President’s Concert and Lecture Series, which brings top entertainment to campus for the enjoyment of students and the community.
The band features Lonnie Coleman, vocals; Bo McCall, guitar and vocals; Kyle Akers, bass and vocals, and the Ryantist, drums and vocals.
They list Stevie Wonder, Marvin Gaye, Led Zeppelin, Van Morrison, Otis Redding, Dave Matthews Band, Bob Marley and Ray Charles as singers and groups that have influenced them.
