the director of residential life at Newman
University in Wichita.
Abbey Stock

Timmerberg in August 2012. Abbey works at
Hermann Area District Hospital as a personal
trainer and nutritionist. Ross is employed at
Timmerberg Farms and Loutre Valley Seeds.

has 12 years of banking and lending experience.

High School’s new principal.

member of the Symphony of the Lake Board.
He has taught band in schools for many years
and played in symphonies across Missouri.

County R-1 High School as the new band director.

MBA, Quincy, Ill., has
been promoted to associate quality enhancement
director at Missouri Department of Mental Health
Division of Development Disabilities.

M.Ed, Macon, Mo., is the new
principal of Macon R-1 High School.
Caroline (Harper) Shadforth
M.Ed, California,
Md., married Major Scott Gregory Shadforth in
June 2012. Caroline is an early childhood
educator in Maryland, and Scott is serving in
the U.S. Marine Corps as a helicopter test pilot.
Debbie (Darling) Groves
Beaverton, Ore., visited
the WWU campus for the first time in 35 years with
her husband, Bill, WC ’69, followed by a visit to

Kimberly (Brixey) Barnes
Fulton, Mo., has been
named president of The Callaway Bank. She also
serves on The Callaway Bank Board of Directors
and as chief operations officer for the bank. Barnes
is the first woman to hold any of these titles for
The Callaway Bank. In October, she received the
Alumni Service Award at the Fulton Colleges Board
of Associates annual dinner.
