Download and print the reflection form: Reflection Form. Take the form to the Cox Gallery, view the exhibit, fill out the form as directed and place it in the LEAD EVENTS rack outside the Art Division Office (KAC Room 120). This LEAD event February 7 at Noon and ends February 14 at Noon. Form must be considered thoughtful and comprehensive in order to receive LEAD credit. Point only awarded once. 1 Point
