Take the form to the Cox Gallery, view the exhibit, fill out the form as directed and place it in the LEAD EVENTS rack outside the Art Division Office (KAC Room 120). This LEAD event begins October 8 and ends October 28. Form must be considered thoughtful and comprehensive in order to receive LEAD credit. Point only awarded once. 1 Point
