DiscussionThe Office of Human Resources serves the William Woods community by focusing its efforts on the university’s most valuable asset, its employees. We believe that each employee makes an important contribution to the university community with talents and expertise that are unique and valuable to the institution. We are dedicated to providing support to individuals and departments, through learning opportunities, to cultivate their talent and leadership skills so they can better serve the institution in its mission. We do this through the recruitment, hiring and retention of a diverse, qualified workforce.
