Undergraduate Admission

Students admitted to undergraduate study at William Woods University are admitted in one of two classifications.

Undergraduate Student Classifications

Regular: A student who has satisfied all requirements and prerequisites for admission to the Graduate and Adult Studies degree completion program and intends a sustained pattern of study for the purpose of completing the degree.

Special: A student who holds a baccalaureate or graduate degree from a regionally accredited institution and who intends to enroll for a specific course or courses; or, a student otherwise qualified for admission who intends to enroll for a course with no intention of completing a degree; or, a student intending to qualify for Regular standing who has yet to complete the application process but who documents prior baccalaureate work and qualifying grade point average from a regionally accredited institution.

Undergraduate Admission Process

To be considered for admission to Regular or Special Standing, a prospective student must submit a complete application for admission to Graduate & Adult Studies. A complete application for admission consists of the following:

1. A completed Graduate & Adult Studies Admissions Application form, and
2. Official copies of transcripts from all undergraduate institutions the student attended.
3. Resume or summary of work experience with evidence of 2 years of full-time work experience.
