UIT Upgrade Form

UIT will soon be upgrading the faculty and staff machines for summer 2010. If you have a computer that is at least 4 years old and are considered a full time employee then you are eligible for an upgrade. UIT supplies each employee with one computer. Additional computers will need to come from your department funds. To get an idea for purchasing, we ask that you submit the following form. When your computer is ready for distribution we will contact you for setup time and password information. If you have any questions, please contact Michelle Brock at 573 592-4224.
