EXS460 Principles of Strength and Conditioning
Becoming certified by the National Strength and Conditioning Association is the foal for most strength and conditioning specialists and sports medicine professionals. This course will help the strength and conditioning professional maximize the physical performance potential of the athlete without incurring injuries. This course utilizes the disciplines of anatomy, biochemistry, biomechanics, endocrinology, nutrition, exercise physiology, and sport psychology.
