Owls Travel to Maryville Sunday

(FULTON, Mo., Oct. 2) - The William Woods University women's soccer team will travel to Maryville University in St. Louis, Mo., on October 4th. The Owls and Saints will kick-off at 12 noon.

William Woods has not seen the pitch since September 23rd. William Woods has had its last two matches cancelled because of rain. The last time the Owls played, they lost 6-0 at 11th ranked McKendree University. WWU enters the match 1-6 on the season.

Maryville University, a NCAA Division II institution, is 2-6-1 on the year. The Saints will play Missouri University S & T October 2nd.

Maryville leads the all-time series between the two school 2-1. The last meeting between the two schools was in 1998. The Owls defeated the Saints 2-0.
