2007 Season
Owls number five runner at the Central Missouri Mule Run placing 32nd out of 135 runners. Placed 62nd out of 286 runners at the Loyola Lakefront Invitational running a 5k time of 20:35. Earned AMC All-Conference honors for the 2nd straight year by placing 4th at the Conference meet with a time of 20:13. Member of the AMC Conference Championship team.
2006 Season
Ran a 20:13 at the Greater Louisville Cross Country Classic meet in Louisville, KY. Placed 58th in a field of 196 runners at the NAIA Mid-States Classic running a 5k time of 19:57. Placed 9th at the AMC Conference meet in a time of 21:14 to earn All-Conference honors. Member of the owls 16th place NAIA Nationals Cross Country Championships team.
Track at WWU
2006-2007 Seasons
Ran a personal best in the 3k at the indoor UCM Invite in a time of 11:19.31. Clocked a 19:53.98 5k at the Titan Open indoor meet.
Ran a 5:26.72 1500 meters at the Northwest Missouri Outdoor Invitational.
