2007 Cross Country Season
Placed 24th out of 135 runners at the Central Missouri Mule Run. Ran a 5k time of 19:39 at the Missouri Southern Stampede to place 118th out of 301 runners. After battling mid season injuries, came back to place 9th at the AMC Conference meet to earn All-Conference honors and help the owls to their 3rd conference title in 4 years.
2006 Cross Country Season
Ran a 5k personal best 19:18 at the NAIA Mid-States meet to place 29th in a field of 196 runners. Placed 5th at the AMC Conference meet in a time of 19:51 to earn All-Conference honors. Ran to a 15th place finish at the Region V Championships earning All-Region Honors. Member of the Owls 16th place NAIA National Cross Country Championships team finish.

2006 Season
Ran a 19:59.41 5k at the Washington University Mini-Meet to establish a personal best time on the track. Ran a 12:31.23 in the 3k Steeple chase at the Washington University Select Meet and set a new pr of 12:22.87 in the event at the Kip Janvrin Invitational at Simpson College. Redshirted indoor due to injuries.
2007 Season
Ran a 5k Track perrsonal best at the University of Missouri Relays in 19:41.49. Placed second at the Northwest Missouri State meet in the 3,000 meter Steeple Chase. |
