2007 Season
Was the Owls number 4 runner at the Central Missouri Mule Run placing 26th out of 135 runners. Placed 131st out of 301 runners at the Missouri Southern Stampede with a 5k time of 19:51. Placed 7th at the AMC Conference meet to earn All-Conference honors for the 4th consecutive year. Member of the 2007 Owls conference championship team.
2006 Season
Ran to a 5k personal best of 19:16 at the NAIA Mid-States Classic to finish 28th overall in the field of 196 runners. Placed 4th at the AMC Conference meet in a time of 19:33 to earn All-Conference honors for the third year in a row. Ran to a 6th place finish at the Region V Championships earning All-Region Honors for the 2nd time. Member of the Owls 16th place NAIA National Cross Country Championships team finish.
2005 Season
Ran a personal best time of 19:44 at the NAIA Mid-States meet placing 36th overall.
Placed 2nd at the AMC Conference meet with a time of 20:49 to earn All-Conference Honors.
2004 Season
Qualified for NAIA Nationals and finished 157th…Named All Region with a 9th place finish in Lamoni, IA at the NAIA Region V meet…. Also earned All Conference honors with a third place finish… Ran 6 events, missing only the Louisville Classic due to injury… scored a season’s best at the NAIA National Championships with a run of 20:07 in the 5k race... Member AMC Conference Championship Team.
Track at WWU
2006-2007 Track Season
Ran a 18.56.70 5k at the University of Missouri Relays to place 1th overall. Established a new school record in the 10,000 Meters at the Northwest Missouri Invite in a time of 41:06.68. Currently holds eight school records at WWU on the track.
2005-2006 Track Season
On the indoor track, Leah finished first at the CMSU Classic in the 3000m in a personal best time and school record of 10:47.5. Qualified for the NAIA Indoor National Championships in the 3000m where she ran 11:18.17.
On the outdoor track, just missed her personal best time in the 1500 at the Washington University Select Meet with a time of 5:07.25. Ran a pr of 18:51.29 in the 5k at the Kip Janvrin Open at Simpson College to place 11th out of 46 runners.
2005 Outdoor Track
Ran season’s best in the 5000m at the Dewey Allgood Invitational running 19:02.49…Ran to a 3,000m pr earlier in the season at the Pittsburgh State Open with an 11:05.90…Had the team best in the 1500m with a 5:07.20 clocking at the William Jewell Invitational.
2005 Indoor Track
Ran to a season’s best in the 5000m at the Missouri Southern Fazoli’s Open in a time of 19:15.97…Ran to a team best 5:26.41 in the mile run at the Mule Relays….Placed 4th at the Central Missouri Classic in the 3000m with a time of 11:12.78. |
