Volleyball Wins Two

(LEAVENWORTH, Kans., Sept. 11) - The William Woods University volleyball team collected two victories on day one of the University of St. Mary tournament on Friday.

The Owls tallied a 3-0 victory in its first match of the day against Southwestern College. WWU won 25-21, 25-15 and 25-22.

William Woods rolled Central Christian College 3-0 in the final match of the day on day. The Owls won 25-17, 25-8 and 25-12.

WWU improves to 6-3 on the season. They will play the University of St. Mary and Tabor College on Saturday.
