WWU Hosts Williams Baptist

(FULTON, Mo., Sept. 24) - The William Woods University men’s soccer team will host American Midwest Conference rival Williams Baptist College on Saturday afternoon at Firley Field. The Owls and Eagles will kick-off at 3 pm.

The Owls are coming off a 4-0 loss at AMC foe Columbia College on Tuesday night.

William Woods leads the all-time series with Williams Baptist 9-0. The Owls won the last meeting between the two schools. WWU defeated WBC 3-1 on October 14th, 2008, in Walnut Ridge, Ark.

The Owls enter the match 4-3 on the season, 0-1 in the AMC. The Eagles are 1-3 on the year, 0-0 in the AMC.
