Owls Open at USM Today

(FULTON, Mo., Sept. 1) - The William Woods University men's soccer team will open the 2009 season today at the University of St. Mary in Leavenworth, Kans. The Owls and Spires will kick-off at 4 pm this afternoon.

Today marks the opener for both teams. USM, a member of the Kansas College Athletic Association, are coming off a 3-13-1 season. WWU ended the 2008 season with a record of 9-9-1. This is the first meeting between the first schools.
