Meyer Named AMC Runner of the Week

(LEBANON, Ill., Oct. 13)--Ryan Meyer of William Woods University was named the American Midwest Conference Men's Cross Country Runner of the Week for Oct. 6.

Meyer, a freshman from Bonnots Mill, Mo., finished third out of 331 runners at the Greater Louisville Classic on Oct. 3. Meyer covered the eight-kilometer course in a time of 25:53.

The Owls will return to action on October 16th. WWU will compete in the H.W. Wright Classic at Millikin University.
