Cross Country Highlights at WWU
2007 Season
Ran to an 18th place finish out of 146 runners at the Central Missouri Mule Run. Was the Owls #1 runner at the Missouri Southern Stampede placing 8th out of 337 runners with an 8k time of 26:08. Ran a 27:06 at the Loyola Lakefront Invitational to place 22nd out of 239 runners to help the Owls to a 3rd place team finish in the field of 25 runners. Placed 4th at the AMC Conference Meet to earn All-Conference honors and help the Owls to their first AMC Conference team title. Ran a personal best time 8k time of 26:03 at the NAIA Region V meet placing 18th out of 108 runners.
2006 Season
Ran to a 40th place finish out of 206 runners in a personal best 8k time of 26:28 at the NAIA Mid-States Classic. Placed 9th at the AMC Championships to earn All-Conference honors.
2005 Season
Placed 101st at the NAIA Mid-States Meet with a PR time of 28:16.
2004 Season
Competed in all six meets for the Owls…Ran a season’s best at the Louisville Classic with a time of 28:31 for 8k.

2006-2007 Seasons
Ran a 4:33.00 mile at the indoor Illinois College Early Bird meet to place fourth out of 22. Ran a 9:18.60 in the 3,000 meters at the University of Central MIssouri Invitational. Ran a 4:29.82 in the mile at the UCM Mule Relays to place fifth overall and establish a new WWU record in the event.
Ran a 9:02.92 3,000 meters at the Washington University Outdoor Mini Meet to establish a new school record. Ran to a second place finish in the 1500 meters at the Northwest Missouri Invite.
2005-2006 Seasons
Ran to a personal best indoor time of 2:03.09 at the CMSU Classic. Ran a PR at the CMSU Mule Relays in a time of 4:31.31 in the mile run.
Outdoors ran a personal best time of 16:12.99 in the 5k at the Washington University Mini-Meet. Ran 2:00.11 at the University of Missouri Relays.Clocked 4:06.80 PR in the 1500 at the Mule Relays to place third overall and break his own school record in the event. Ran to a season best and pr of 1:59.37 at the Kip Janvrin Open at Simpson College to place 15th out of 54 runners in the event.
2004-2005 Outdoor Seasons
Ran season’s best in the 800m at the Central Missouri Classic in a time of 2:05….Also ran to a season best in the 1,000m at the Kansas Jayhawk Invite in a time of 2:40.74. on’s best in the 1500m at the Simpson Twilight clocking 4:12.33…Ran to an 800m pr earlier in the season at Missouri Relays with a 2:04.88 clocking.
