2006 Season
Ran to a first place finish at the Gary Stoner Invite with an 8k time of 26:11. Placed 19th overall out of 206 runners at the NAIA Mid-States Classic in a personal best time of 25:58. Earned All-Conference honors for the third straight season with a 5th place finish. #1 runner for the owls in 4/6 meets.
2005 Season
Ran to a 20th place finish at the NAIA Mid-States in a time of 26:14.
Placed 6th overall at the AMC Conference meet to earn All-Conference Honors for the second straight season.
2004 Season
Earned All Conference honors with a fifth place finish at the AMC Championships… Led the Owls in three of six meets …Scored a season’s best at the Louisville Classic with a run of 26:58 in the 8k race.

2006 Outdoor Season
Ran to a season's best in the 5k in a time of 15:54.28 at the CMSU Mule Relays to finish sixth in the field of 25 runners.
2006 Indoor Season
Ran to an indoor personal best in the 5k with a 16:06 clocking at the KU Jayhawk Invitational. Ran a seasons best of 9:04 in the 3k at the CMSU Classic.
2005 Outdoor Season
Ran season’s best in the 5000m at the Emporia State Last Chance Meet clocking 15:40.54 which stands as the Owls school record in the event…Also competed in the 1500m, placing 5th at the William Jewel Invite in a time of 4:13.63.
2005 Indoor Track
Ran a season’s best at the NAIA Indoor National Championships with a time of 9:02.19 for 3,000m…Qualified for the Indoor National Championships with a time of 9:04 at the Mule Relays…Ran 16:11 at the Kansas Jayhawk Invite in the 5,000m…Also ran to a team best in the one mile run at the Central Missouri Classic in a time of 4:36.47.
