2007 Season
Very consistent runner for the Owls during his Senior campaign. Ran a 26:19 8k at the Missouri Southern Stampede to place 102nd out of 337 runners. Placed 16th out of 239 runners in a time of 26:57 at the Loyola Lakefront Invitational to help the Owls place 3rd overall in the field of 25 teams. Was the number one runner for the Owls at the AMC Conference meet placing 3rd overall with a time of 27:19 to earn his 4th consecutive All-Conference honor. Ran a personal best time of 26:04 at the NAIA Region V Meet to place 19th overall.
2006 Season
Placed 2nd overall at the Gary Stoner Invite in a time of 26:24. Ran a personal best 8k time of 26:09 at the NAIA Mid-States Classic to place 23rd in the field of 205 runners. Earned All-Conference honors for the third straight year by placing 8th in a time of 27:41.
2005 Season
Placed 18th at the CMSU Mule Run with a 4 mile time of 21:28... Ran to a 9th place finish at the AMC Conference Meet to earn All-Conference Honors... Placed 20th at the NAIA Region V Meet in Lamoni Iowa to help the Owls finish fourth overall.
2004 Cross Country
Earned All Conference honors with a tenth place finish at the AMC Championships… Competed in all six meets for the Owls…Scored a season’s best at the Louisville Classic with a run of 27:21 in the 8k race.

2006-2007 Seasons
Ran a 15:43.95 in the 5k at the University of Central Missouri Mule Relays to place eighth overall and establish a new school record. Ran a 4:36.75 in the Mile at the Illinois College Early Bird Meet to place sixth out of 22 in the event.
Ran a 1:14.21 in the Sedalia Half Marathon to qualify for the NAIA Outdoor Track and Field Championships in the Marathon.
2005-2006 Seasons
Ran to a personal best of 15:46.38 in the 5k at the CMSU Mule Relays placing fifth overall. Established a school record in the 10k at the William Jewell Invite with a time of 33:50.92. Set the school record in the 3k steeple chase with a time of 10:12.86 in his first time running the event and lowered it at the Kip Janvrin Open meet at Simpson College in with a time of 9:48.58 placing 9th out of 26 runners. Red shirted indoor track.
2004-2005 Seasons
Qualified for the Indoor National Championships with a time of 9:04.15 at the Mule Relays… Ran 16:09.88 at the Kansas Jayhawk Invite in the 5,000m… Also ran 4:39.30 for the mile at the Missouri Southern Fazoli’s Open. |
